It aims to give greater visibility to the work carried out by Spanish scientists beyond our borders, as well as to further increase informal international relations between scientists, and between them and society.
In 2021, the Ramón Areces Foundation organized and hosted the 6th Spanish Scientific, Technological and Innovation Diplomacy Meeting, organized with the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT), and the Directorate of Cultural and Scientific Relations of the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for Development (AECID) and RAICEX.
This annual meeting aims to promote, among the multiple governmental and non-governmental stakeholders, a place for common reflection on Spanish foreign policy with regards to science, technology, and innovation, and to establish international collaboration plans.
