Social Science Research
In 2019 the 18th National Competition for Economic Research Grants were adjudicated. The total amount of grants amounts to €432,000. In addition to these new projects, another 22 research programs, selected in the 2017 and 2018 calls, are currently at an implementation stage.
In the field of Social Science, grants finance projects carried out by researchers under the age of 40 in the areas of Commercial distribution, Economic history, Economics and Law, International economics, Labor economics and Public economics.
These grants aim to contribute to the better understanding of technological, economic and social profound changes. These changes might be driven by processes such as globalization and promote the development of new projects in the best interest of our society and, ultimately, of the international scientific community.
