Scientific Report 2019

The Fundación Ramón Areces coordinates its Research Aid Programs through national competitions open to teams from the whole national territory.  

In the field of Life and Matter Sciences, they are called every two years. Research grants in Social Science are awarded annually. 

In 2019, Research Grants in Life and Matter Sciences were awarded corresponding to the XIX edition of the XIX edition of the National Competition and the XVIII Research Grants Competition in Social Sciences was resolved.

In 2019, 579 Spanish researchers worked in a total of 126 active research projects (92 in Life and Matter Sciences and 34 in Social Science). The resources allocated totaled €11,745,443.
