To manage the registration, made through our website, to an activity organised by the Foundation, and to identify you at the time of attending the event in order to allow you physical access to the premises where the event is held. Your data may also be used to contact you in order to notify you of notices related to the activity for which you have registered (confirmation and reminder of registration, changes of date or content, cancellation, information on published content of the activity, satisfaction surveys, etc.). Personal data will be kept in accordance with the following criteria: 15 days from the date of the activity/conference.

The legal basis for the processing is based on the consent requested.

Recipients: No data will be transferred to third parties except in the case that a third party is co-organiser together with the Ramón Areces Foundation of the activity, in which case the Foundation may transfer the personal registration data to that third party for the sole purpose of informing those registered for the event.

Data subjects have the right to obtain access to their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
